Tara Madsen Robbins
Tara is originally from Sussex, New Jersey and currently resides in Philadelphia. She has been an active Performer, Choreographer and Educator in the Greater Philadelphia region since 2006. Ms. Madsen received her MFA in Performance & Choreography from Smith College. Ms. Madsen danced with the professional modern company Tania Isaac Dance for 4 years until founding her own modern dance troupe. Ms. Madsen’s choreography had been performed in Philadelphia, New York, Greece, Italy, Scotland and Spain. She currently teaches in the DeSales University Dance Department.
Lauren Putty
Lauren graduated with a degree in modern dance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She has performed with the Washington Reflections Dance Company, Amy Marshall Dance Company NYC season, with Philadanco and is currently a principal dancer and rehearsal director at the Rebecca Davis Dance Company.
Meredith Reffner
Meredith, a native of Annapolis, Maryland, studied at the Washington School of Ballet, The School of American Ballet and the Chautauqua Institution. Ms. Reffner danced with the Washington Ballet for one season where she participated in the 25th Anniversary Celebration of The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She was a member of the Fort Worth Dallas Ballet for four seasons and performed with The Suzanne Farrell Ballet. She joined the Pennsylvania Ballet Company in August 2001. Since then, she has been featured in John Butler’s Carmina Burana, Peter Martins’ Fearful Symmetries, Jose Limón’s The Moor’s Pavane, and Christopher Wheeldon’s Swan Lake, among others. Ms. Reffner is the proud mother of Lorelei Clarice Callender.
Hawley Rowe
Hawley began her dance training at the Hartford Ballet School in her hometown of Hartford, Connecticut. In 1995, she began her professional career with American Repertory Ballet in Princeton, New Jersey. In 1998 she danced for a year with the Cincinnati Ballet. Ms. Rowe joined the Pennsylvania Ballet in September 2000. She has been featured as the Wife in Jerome Robbins’ The Concert, performed the big swans variation in Christopher Wheeldon’s Swan Lake, the I Can Dream solo in Paul Taylor’s Company B, the solo girl in Trey McIntyre’s Blue Until June, and solo variations in The Sleeping Beauty and George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker. Ms. Rowe is the proud mother of Rowe Leslie Weber, who was born February 7, 2000.
