7:45 - 9:00 - All level 6/7's - run through everything
Thursday, June 5 @ Calvary - Dress Rehearsal
Full Dress Rehearsal (Professional pictures will be taken during this rehearsal. Bring your envelopes.)
Hair and costumes as for performance. Stage make-up need not be applied unless you want to practice or you
are having your picture taken.
4:00 - 4:30 - Creative Movement
4:15 - 7:15 - Alice -- Pre-ballet thru Level 7. We will run Friday cast first, then run it again with
Saturday cast (level 5 and up need not wear costumes the second time). If you are a Saturday cast
Pre-Ballet 1 or 2 or Saturday Cast Ballet 1, you should come at 5:15 for the second run-through.
7:00 - 9:00 - Act II (second half of the program). We will run the Friday line-up in the order as it appears in the
program. Beginner Irish will dance before we start. Time permitting, we may run parts of this again
after we've completed one full run-through.
**Please note that we will do our very best to stay
on schedule, but the nature of these rehearsals can be unpredictable. Please be patient.

PERFORMANCES
Friday, June 6th - Performance / Curtain 7:30pm
*Levels Pre-Ballet thru 4 and second half Dancers must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time (7:00pm)
*Levels 5 and up must arrive at the theatre at least 1 hour prior to curtain time (6:30pm)
Saturday, June 7th - Performance / Curtain 1:30pm
*Levels Pre-Ballet thru 4 and second half Dancers must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time (1:00pm)
*Levels 5 and up must arrive at the theatre at least 1 hour prior to curtain time (12:30pm)
**This is a group effort. Please let me know in writing if you are absolutely sure
you can't make the Saturday performance.
***There are many areas where we do not yet have Parents signed up to help. Please
check the boards. We are particularly in need of one or 2 people to chair the refreshment stand. The children need
the participation of their parents in order to make this the best possible experience for everyone.
