Sunday Nov 27 2011 - All casts (no Bees needed)
12:30 – 1:25 – Need some advanced girls to help lay floor
12:30 – 12:55 – Polichinelles with Mother Ginger and Bon Bons, Clara, Fritz
12:55 – 1:20 – Sheppies, Lambs, Clara Fritz,
1:20 – 1:40 – B1 Snow Princesses, Snow Queen, Snow Fairy, Clara, Fritz
1:40 – 2:20 – Ballet 5X – 7 Warm-up barre
2:20 – 2:45 –Run-through all Friday morning school performance variations and Snow
2:45 – 3:15 – Opening and Finale
3:15 – 4:15 – Party through Battle
Monday November 28
4:00-4:30 – Jesters (Ballet 2)
4:30-5:00 - Shepherdess and Lambs, Clara, Fritz
5:00-5:30 – Polichinelles, Bon Bons, Mother Ginger, Clara, Fritz
5:30 – 6:30 – Flowers and Bumblebees, Snow Fairy (Bees til 5:45), Clara, Fritz
6:30-7:30 – Battle Scene up through Snow Queen, Ballet 1 Snow Princesses, Snow Fairy
7:30-9:00 – Party scene (includes Ballet 3 soldier dolls until 8:30)
9:00-9:40 – Snow
Tuesday November 29
4:15-5:00 – Flowers, Clara, Fritz
5:00 -6:10– Snow and Variations
6:10-6:50 – Opening (includes Jesters and Angels) and Finale
6:50-8:00 – Party Scene (includes Ballet 3 soldier dolls til 7:30)
8:00-9:00 – Battle Scene
Wednesday November 30
4:00 -4:45 – Flowers (Please be ready as we have very little rehearsal time)
4:45-5:40 – Snow, Variations
Thursday December 1 – Dress Rehearsal – Friday Cast first. Hair, costumes, & makeup as for performance.
4:00-6:30 – Act I (Ballet 1 Snow Princess from 5 – 6:30 only- for the Saturday run-thru)
6:30-8:30 – Act II
** Saturday Lambs will be needed from 6:30-7:00. We will rehearse with them before we start Act 2.
***No Bumblebees or Bon Bons needed at dress rehearsal
8:30-9:45 – All advanced dancers and Clara and Fritz
**Please note that we will do our very best to stay on schedule, but the nature of these rehearsals can be unpredictable. Please be patient.
**Any Parents who volunteered to be backstage help must attend dress rehearsal.
PERFORMANCES
Friday December 2nd– School Performance ( Saturday Cast) / Curtain 10am
* Levels 1, 3, 4 and Bon Bons must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time (9:30am)
*Levels 5 and up must arrive at the theatre at least 1 hour prior to curtain time (9am)
**You will be done at 11:30 am except for Snow Queen, Clara, Fritz, Allison as Snow Flake, Susannah as Spanish and Mackenzie, Taylor and Allie as Chinese, Kylee and Molly as Arabian and Kelsey and Keira as Russian who will all greet children as they leave.
Friday December 2nd – Performance / Curtain 7:30pm
*Levels 1 – 4 and Pre Ballets must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time (7:00pm)
*Levels 5 and up must arrive at the theatre at least 1 hour prior to curtain time (6:30pm)
Saturday December 3rd – Performance / Curtain 1:30pm
*Levels 1 – 4 and Pre Ballets must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time (1:00pm)
**Levels 5 and up must arrive at the theatre at least 1 hour prior to curtain time (12:30pm)
***Note: Saturday morning December 3rd there will be no Ballet classes due to Nutcracker.
NUTCRACKER BOUTIQUE
We will have a DVDA Nutcracker Boutique at the performances where you can purchase flower bouquets or roses for the performers. There will also be nutcrackers, ornaments, T-shirts, and many other items available for purchase.

**All costumes are property of DVDA and must be left at the theater to be returned to the studio.
**There is absolutely no eating in costume!
