STUDIO REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
Monday 5/24

Please note schedule revised 5/25 - Due to Jenna's injury, we have to have
a Plan B. All Ballet 7's (no exceptions) must attend Tues and Thurs evening's
revised rehearsals.
Tuesday 5/25

8:30 - 9:15 - Gravity
Thursday 5/27

there as it is our last full classes before the shows.

Thursday, June 3rd
at Calvary Church
Full Dress Rehearsal (Professional pictures will be taken during this rehearsal.
Bring your envelopes.) Hair, costumes and make-up as for performance. We will
also have a professional photographer shooting the dress rehearsal.
4:00 - 4:30 - Creative Movement
4:15 - 7:15 - Snow White -- Pre-ballet thru Level 7. We will run Saturday cast
first, then run it again with Friday cast. If you are a Friday cast
Pre-Ballet 1 or 2, you should come at 5:15 for the second run-through.
7:00 - 9:00 - Act II (second half of the program). We will run the Friday line-up
in the order as it appears in the program. Time permitting, we may run
parts of this again after we've completed one full run-through.

PERFORMANCES
Friday, June 4th at 7:30--*Levels Pre-Ballet
thru 4 and second half Dancers must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time (7:00pm)
*Levels 5 and up must arrive at the theatre at least 1 hour prior to curtain time (6:30pm)
Saturday, June 5th at 1:30--*Levels Pre-Ballet
thru 4 and second half Dancers must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time (1:00pm)
*Levels 5 and up must arrive at the theatre at least 1 hour prior to curtain time (12:30pm)
**Please note that we will do our very best to stay
on schedule, but the nature of these rehearsals can be unpredictable. Please be patient.
***This is a group effort. Please let me know in writing if you are absolutely sure
you can't make the Saturday performance.
***There are many areas where we need volunteers to help with the performances. Please
check the boards to see where you can help. The children need the participation of
their parents in order to make this the best possible experience for everyone. Thank you!!
