Delaware Valley Dance Academy provides dance instruction, classes, programs, events, and related services for children and other students. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any class, program, schedule, or service at any time.

3. Registration and Enrollment

When you register or enroll a student, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information up to date. Enrollment is not confirmed until any required registration steps and payments are completed.

4. Trial Classes

We may offer free trial classes to prospective students. Trial classes are subject to availability and scheduling. Participation in a trial class does not obligate you to enroll, and offering a trial class does not guarantee a spot in any ongoing class or program.

5. Tuition, Fees, and Payments

  • Tuition, registration fees, recital fees, and other charges are due according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms when making a payment.

  • Tuition is generally billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

  • Returned payments or failed charges may be subject to additional fees.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our policies or required by law.

6. Cancellation and Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw a student from classes, you must notify us according to our current withdrawal policy. Tuition already paid is generally non-refundable, and you may remain responsible for charges through the end of any required notice period. 7. Studio Policies and Conduct

Students and their families agree to follow our studio rules, dress code, attendance expectations, and code of conduct. We reserve the right to dismiss any student or remove any individual from our premises for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, or for failure to comply with our policies. We strive to maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all students, families, and staff.

8. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Participation in dance classes and physical activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By enrolling a student, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delaware Valley Dance Academy, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes, programs, or events, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You may be required to sign a separate liability waiver as a condition of enrollment.

9. Media and Photography Release

We may take photographs or video recordings during classes, recitals, and events for instructional, promotional, or marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. By enrolling, you consent to such use unless you submit a written opt-out request to us. If you do not wish for your child to appear in our media, please notify us in writing.

10. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via phone, email, and text message, including appointment reminders, class updates, and promotional messages. 11. Intellectual Property
